On-Hold Bulk Status Update WordPress Function
What it does?

New bulk action in Orders: Inserts a “Change status to On-Hold” option in the Orders screen’s bulk actions menu (classic and HPOS views).

One-step status change: Updates each selected order to On-Hold and records an internal note indicating it was changed via bulk edit.

Clear confirmation: After processing, shows an admin notice telling you how many orders were updated.
